Finding a support system will really help you to stay firm on your promise to build your new habits and lifestyle.  It’s nice to know some other people who are working towards similar weight loss goals to be there to talk to when you have a bad day or you are discouraged about progress.  A personal journal helps you monitor and track your progress, routines and meals.
