Losing weight fast is not an easy thing to do, and you might find that the weight will start to creep back over time.  Here is some advice on how you can go about losing weight fast:

Eating better is the first step.  Eat fruits and vegetables to get the most nutrition you can.  Try to steer clear of high-fat foods and junk food.  If you don’t like the gym, try to make time for a short walk before each meal.  But if you really want to start losing weight quickly, then you really must start eating better.

Secondly, develop a taste for green tea.  Green tea is excellent in helping you lose fat.  There are tons of different types of green tea, so you can experiment with them until you find your favorite.  Look for matcha or loose leaf green tea.  It’s better than the type that comes in tea bags because the bags actually filter out some of the nutrients.

Three, stop drinking soda.  These are bad for you.  Even diet soda has dangerous chemicals in it like aspartame.

Forth, find a weight loss buddy.  Team up with a friend or acquaintance who is also trying to shed some weight.  You can keep each other going strong with encouragement and motivation.  You’ll soon see that weight loss is a cinch when you have a support group.

Fifth quit overeating.  The usual three meals each day is actually not enough for most people.  What you might want instead is to eat five or six meals that are much smaller over the course of the day.  This will ensure that your metabolism keeps burning away while keeping you away from snacking between meals.

Lastly, set a target weight for yourself.  Most people fail from the get-go by having something vague like “I want to lose weight this year”.  How do you know when you made it?  When you’ve lost one pound?  How about twenty?  Without a set goal, you’re not going to achieve anything.  Pick a number and check your progress.
